TAMAS TOTH
Tamas Toth – director, screenwriter, clipmaker, graphic artist. Born in 1966, in Budapest, graduated from VGIK (All-Russian State Institute if Cinematography) (1990, workshop of S. Solovyov). One of the founders of the First European Children animation studio in Budapest (1978). Engaged in painting and graphics. The first exhibition in Budapest (1979). Since 1982 his illustrations and book covers are published regularly. Makes music videos and commercials, works on television. Puts performances, works as an artist in the theater. His film Children of iron Gods won in three different nominations a national cinema award Nika.
Kirill Grebenshchikov
Kirill Grebenshchikov is Russian actor, famous for his melodramatic series and mini-series. Born on June 22, 1972 in the family of actors of the theater named after Stanislavsky. In 1991 he entered the acting department, the course of A. B. Pokrovskaya. The popularity of the actor emerged after the film Seraphima the Beautiful, as well as the TV series Pregnancy Test, Double solid line and their continuation. The first experience expert took place in 1992 - a cameo role in the film “Russian romance”. In 1999, he starred in the episodic role as a junker in Nikita Mikhalkov’s film “The Barber of Siberia”. Since 2004 he began acting regularly in films and TV shows.
Liu Zhe
Liu Zhe has been working in the China Film Association since 1996. For more than 20 years she has been playing a huge part in the organisation of the Chinese film festival with a poetic name China Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival and also the Golden Rooster International Film Exhibition that takes place in the course of the film festival. The Golden Rooster festival is known as Chinese Oscar. Liu Zhe is the member of the international jury of the XVI Baikal International Festival of Documentary and Popular-Science Film n.a. V. Rasputin.
Talgat Temenov
Filmmaker, theatre director, playwright, professor. Born in Enbekshikazakhsk, Alma-Ata Disctrict, in 1954. Graduated from the theatre section of Alma-Ata State Conservatory, Higher Courses for Directors and Scriptwriters (workshop of S. Soloviev). People’s Actor of Kazakhstan, winner of the International Aitmatov Award, of the prize of the Lenin Komsomol of Kazakhstan. Prize-winner of prestigious IFFs, among them the Grand Prix of IFF Frankfurt /Main (1988), Silver Bear of the Giffoni FF (1989). Writer of the stories “Good Morning” (1979), “Gulnaz” (1986), “Reflections”, etc. Since 2014 Talgat Temenov has been the artistic director of the Kuanyshbaev State Academic Kazakh Musical and Drama Theatre in Astana.
Herve Schneid
Hervé Schneid ACE. - Editor Award winning editor Hervé Schneid is one of the most well respected editors working in film today. He has collaborated with a number of directors including Sally Potter, Lars Von Trier, Mike Figgis, Regis Wargnier, Bille August, Jean-François Richet, Jean-Jacques Annaud, Volker Schloendorff. From his earlier work on Lars Von Trier’s Cannes prize winning ‘’Europa’’ which established his international reputation and earned him
his first award, the Danish Robert for best editing, his varied career has spanned Hollywood blockbusters such as “Alien: Resurrection” to French art-house classics like ‘’Delicatessen’’, for which he won the Cesar for best editing in 1992. This was the beginning of a long-term collaboration with world-renowned filmmaker Jean-Pierre Jeunet, that has seen him work on some of the biggest French breakout hits of the past twenty years.
